BRIDGE COURSE ( DAY 2)
TOPIC: EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE
                       The second day of Bridge course was held on 07.12.2020 at 10 am through online on the topic "Emotional Intelligence." The resource person was Mrs. Jemisha, Assistant Professor of Physical Science. The session started with the Introductory speech of Mrs.Mary Josephin, Assistant Professor of English who gave some glimpse about the topic Emotional Intelligence by pointing out five elements of Emotional Intelligence.

                          Mrs.M.F.Jemisha , Assistant Professor of Physical Science started the webinar by giving separate definition for Emotion and Intelligence. She mentioned happy, shy, confusion, curious as some of the emotional expressions. She quoted Lazarus theory and the words of Albert Einstein, Socrates and Howard Gardener. She briefly discussed about the elements of Emotional Intelligence. She ended up her webinar by giving some techniques to overcome poor emotional intelligence.
