BRIDGE COURSE ( DAY 4)
TOPIC: EMPOWERMENT
                        The fourth day of Bridge course was held on 09.12.2020 at 10 am through online on the topic " Empowerment." The resource person was Dr.A. Jagajeeth Paul, Assistant Professor of History. Dr.T.R.Benila, Assistant Professor of Tamil gave short introduction about "Empowerment" by pointing out some keywords such as Employee Empowerment, individual commitment and strategy.

                                Dr.A.Jagajeeth Paul, Assistant Professor of History started the webinar by defining empowerment as a process of sharing power with employees. Apart from women empowerment, there was cultural empowerment, political empowerment, national empowerment, societal empowerment and economic empowerment. He ended up his webinar by pointing out some points from benefits of empowerment, need of empowerment, process of empowerment, dimensions of empowerment, principles of empowerment and employee empowerment.
